Biography:

Joshua Ford is a first year MBA student at Brigham Young University studying Supply Chain Management. He has an undergraduate degree in Operations Management. While in his undergraduate program, Joshua helped to organize and participated in a study abroad to Southeast Asia to study offshore business operations. He also had an internship at Micron Technology in Boise, ID. Later he accepted a full-time position in their Lehi, UT facility which at the time was just starting manufacturing operations.

At Micron he worked as the Inventory Control Coordinator and later as a Capacity Analyst. His accomplishments included 4 years of 100% accuracy on external inventory audits by Price-Waterhouse. He also managed a continuous flow production process, and automated a floor space requirements forecast. He also was responsible for forecasting equipment needs and the production operator staffing requirements for the Boise and Lehi Test departments.

Joshua has his APICS CPIM certification and was recently elected as BYU's Supply Chain Club President. He enjoys time with his family, traveling (though his current student budget doesn't allow for that) and music. He and his wife, Heather, have two wonderful daughters--Karoline (3 1/2) and Elizabeth (10 months).
