Brinton R. Burbidge

Biography:

Brinton R. Burbidge is a 1975 graduate of the University of Utah, College of Law. As an Assistant Attorney General, he served as Assistant to the President and General Counsel at Utah State University with an adjunct faculty appointment. He was also General Counsel at Weber State University and Associate General Counsel at the University of Utah. He was one of a handful of attorneys selected to serve on the United States Department of Education Appeals Board during the Reagan Administration. He was Chair of Utah’s Bicentennial and has served in many law related education programs. He is the former President of Kirton & McConkie and is a founding partner of Burbidge & White. He is General Counsel for the Utah School Boards Association and serves as Counsel for numerous school districts throughout the State of Utah.
