Biography:
My name is Joshua Mayer and I am 33 years old. I am married with 4
beautiful children. I am a Senior in the Accounting program at UVSC
soon to become Utah Valley University!!!!! I plan on getting my C.P.M.,
APP, and MBA followed by my CPA. I work as the Purchasing Manager for
Alpine Co-Pak Inc located in Springville, Utah. The last 12 years of my
life I have worked as a machinist for Precorp Inc, Megadiamond, and
Flowserve. I finally found my place here with Alpine in a field that I
have been trying to work into. I am in charge of the A/R and A/P as
well as payroll on occasion. I work full time, attend school full time
and play Dad when I can.
I would really enjoy working with NAPM on the
Board of Directors for several reasons. One, it will help me in future
positions in the company I work for and if I change jobs. Second it
will help me to work with team members from different types of
manufacturing and business related fields. I am looking forward to
meeting with those involved with the elections.
