Biography:
Tracey K. Stevens, CPPB, C.P.M.
Over the course of the past ten years, Tracey has been an active member of NAPM-UTAH, serving in a number of capacities on the board and executive committee, including President in 2000-2001. She is a Certified Purchasing Manager and a Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB.) Tracey earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor Degree at Weber State University. She is currently employed by American Skiing Company as the Vice President of Purchasing & Supply Management and previously worked for the City of Salt Lake for over 15 years, with her last position as the Chief Procurement Officer.
If Tracey is elected, she will work with the NAPM-UTAH board to provide a valuable networking and educational opportunity for members and potential members. Tracey strongly believes in the value of education, professional association and certification and encourages all members to take advantage of the opportunities at NAPM-UTAH.
Tracey has agreed to be a candidate for the Vice President position as she firmly believes NAPM-UTAH served a significant role in her own professional success and is interested in ensuring the organization continues to provide this same value to others.
However, Tracey also sincerely encourages other qualified members to enter their name as a candidate for this honorable volunteer position.
