Actively support supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management and support New Product Introduction and End of Life Management activities as required
Material Cost Reduction (MCR) commitments to business
Creating and leveraging business opportunities through negotiation and contract development
Management of transfer projects within assigned purchase family(s)
Utilize Six Sigma methodology and lead cross-functional business teams to improve supplier performance and achieve purchase family goals and objectives
Manage tactical execution within assigned Purchase Family(s) - NPI requirements, escalations due to delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payables issues, etc.
Supplier quality performance and improvement strategies
Supplier delivery performance to meet the needs of the business
Supplier Consolidation and overall Sourcing simplification
Comply with EHS and Quality policies

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business or technical discipline
At least 2 years in an Operations Role or Supply Chain
Negotiation skills
Demonstrated business acumen
Financial analysis skills and ability to assess supplier performance
Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization. Able to interface effectively with Supplier executives and drive change within the GEHC OEC team
Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including for example, verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background.
You must be willing to take a drug test
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States
You must be willing to work out of an office located in Salt Lake City, Utah
Desired:
Six Sigma Green Belt
MBA or advanced technical degree

RESPONSIBILTIES:
Responsible for planning and analysis for Purchasing & Logistics functions.
· Coordinate financial issues – Coordinate financial issues and cash flow with Finance / Accounting representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education: |
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. A masters degree a plus. |
Experience: |
· 10 + years business experience with a successful track record of increasing responsibilities. |

PREFERRED SKILLS:
· Experience in finance / accounting controls and analysis.

PURCHASING PROGRAM MANAGER – IM Flash, Lehi, UT
As the Purchasing Program Manager you will be responsible for supervising and managing projects involving multiple groups within the Purchasing department.
